Neil Because he needs it

Like all naughty lads it is always a safe bet that they have done something wrong, they think it is minor but the point is that is it is wrong and they need to be reminded of that. So in comes Neil held up by the ear and being told he has been warned before. OTK he goes and down come the trackies and his smooth butt gets a good spanking. He takes it well and and his bum starts to get that lovely rosy glow that all brats deserve.
