Philip winter warmer

It has been discovered that Philip has sticky fingers. Maybe for the best of reasons but stealing is never acceptable under any circumstances. This time he has stolen some long johns because it is now cold outside, understandable but wrong none the less. Confronted with the evidence he is made to strip off and put them on. He is then spanked with the caret beater, a first for Philip. The long johns do real justice to his firm ass and muscular legs. The carpet beater is dropped and a good old fashioned OTK follows, ending on his bare ass.
