Pieter Never Learns

Not the best day for Pieter, and one that proves never ever learn from thier mistakes. It starts off with a good belting which you would think would help him behave. The belt is not spared at all and the wonder sound of leather on butt matches the effects perfectly. But, no sooner has he got over this and he messes up again and this time finds himself kneeling ass up on the bed getting a caning. The cane on top of the lingering belt spanking should be enough to keep him on the straight and narrow for a while.
