Jeff didn’t learn

After his first spanking Jeff goes back and finds his beer and after a quick check he is alone flips the bird and starts boozing again. Of course he is caught and finds himself OTK getting another spanking. But even this does not work because as soon as he is released he is back to the beer and dozing on the couch.
