It's the moment that Tim realises that, when he chose not to mow the lawn, he has to pay for it. There's only one way to make sure he does not forget in the future and that's to paddle his ass hard. Tim is a slight guy but he can really take a good hiding and in this clip he does take just that. The paddle swats are hard and in no time at all, he has that wonderful paddle bloom on his butt. It would have been easier to mow the lawn but lads just don't learn.
