Mitch always has that impish look, he tries so hard to look sweet and innocent and smiles to charm his way out of trouble, while it is endearing, it is also futile. He has been letting crackers off around the neighbourhood and generally annoying people and now has to pay for his mischief. For this, he gets a session with the cane, he is a tough lad who manages to take whatever comes his way. A great clip with a well caned Mitch.
