Been a while since Ted showed up and paid his dues, so there's only one thing to do really, cane him and cane him hard. Ted has proved in the past that he can take his punishment well and that's just as well as the welts on his butt start to show nicely. Not a lad to protest much, as he knows he has to pay and see it through to the end. Good caning for Ted.
