Andie is smoking in the car, which is a big no no, and he tries to lie his way out of it, which is another big mistake. So, he has to pay and the best way is bend him over the tailgate and apply the razor strap to his butt hard. The strap makes a wonderful crack as it lands on his butt and each shot reminds him that he should not smoke in the car. It's a great session for this naughty lad.
