Description:
When a lad spends the day sat around doing nothing, the best way to deal with him is to make his sit spot to tender to sit on. That's what happens to Meno here, plus he gets a few strokes to the junk to stop him thinking about anything else down there to waste time. So, that's why he is caned while sat in the chair with his legs raised, punished at the scene of the crime, so to speak. It's a different caning for this naughty lad.
