If ever there was a lad that needed a regular reminder punishment it's Mitch. He goes around and leaves a trail of mischief behind him. He manages to escape being caught a lot of the time, so it's best to deal with him on a regular basis in the hope that he gets the idea and mends his ways. That's why he is getting a good stiff caning today, there has to be something he has not owned up to, yet. A short sharp reminded never goes amiss with these lads.
