Description:
This guy just refuses to learn, he is always in trouble and always looking dejected when caught. He has to be caned hard to try and get the point across. He takes up the position over the front of the car and readies himself. The cane strokes are hard and regular and Wayne gets a hard reminder to try and behave. If he does not start to mend his ways he will be in deep water in the future.
