Seth No Excuse
Description:
Having been told many times not to play around with either of the bikes Seth seems to think he can get away with doing as he pleases. He has a surly look about him when he is confronted and that leads to him bending over the bike and getting the cane. Its a great way to get a lad to pay attention to the rules when they forget all the time. Seth takes a good whacking and has that look that says I messed up at the end.
