Seth Exercise
Description:
Seth and Brody are flipping tyres and it looks like Seth is winning. But it was all a bit of a sham and he was taking short cuts to look like a winner. Caught he now has to get a punishment, he is restrained on the bench and then caned. Seth is a lad that squirms a lot thats why he has to be restrained, and it works well as he takes the sett in full. The final couple of swats with the heavy hand are just what he needs. I doubt he will cut corners in future
