Brody Could Do Better
Description:
Brody has been out exercising with Seth, flipping tyres. He then has some stamina sets to do and no matter how he tries he falls short of expectations. So he is taken back to base and restrained laying on the bench. Once he is bound the cane comes out and works on his butt. Not a lot he can do about this and he soon has some lovely welts to show and hopefully motivate him to do better next time
