A BBFC MEMBERS AREA ONLY UPDATE. Right from the start its easy to see that Gymboy has some serious attiude about him, he is upset as we have told him he is getting flabbly and needs get back into training, he has been lazy and thinks thats a fine way to carry on. So when he is suspended and caned he realises that he has change his ways and reacts accordingly, with a huge attitude atttack that means ever harder caning. He is shouting and cursing but he knows we are right. Its a serious thrashing so lets see if it makes the difference and gets him back on track.
