For a rugby player Jason is actually quite lazy, he skips gym and avoids exercise. After the encouragement that we gave him at his last keep fit session Big Red tells us he has working out and made good progress. So we challenged him to show us. Well it was a bit of a disapointment and its clear that he has not actually been working out at all. So between sets of curls he gets both caned and paddled as an incentive to try harder.
